Registration Guidelines
At least one author of every accepted paper must register at the full author rate and present the paper for inclusion in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. Additional authors must register separately. Co-authors may attend as “Attendees” by paying the registration fee.
Maximum camera-ready paper length: 8 pages (min 6 pages). Extra pages: ₹2000/page (India), $40/page (International).
Registration fee is the same for oral and poster presenters. Fees exclude applicable GST (India only). Only Indian authors can pay in INR.
IEEE members/students must present valid ID; otherwise, they must pay the non-discounted fee.
Registration includes: conference kit, access to tutorials/workshops/sessions, and lunch on the day of presentation. Accommodation and transport not included — hotel details will be listed on the website.
Complete registration before uploading camera-ready paper and e-copyright. Payment info will be on the website after paper acceptance.
Discount Notes
- IEEE members get 10% extra discount after attending the conference.
- Non-IEEE members get 10% extra discount if paid before Dec 20, 2024.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made after deduction (USD 100 / INR 5000) if requested before Jan 31, 2025. No refunds after this date. Requests must be emailed. Refunds processed post-conference.
Co-Author Registration Fee (Normal/Early Bird)
Includes access to tutorials, technical sessions, tea/coffee breaks, lunch (on presentation day), and e-Certificate. Conference kit available at additional cost.
No-Show Policy
At least one author must present the paper. No-show papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
